Revoke email

• Set up forwarding to an active employee

Remove from Active Directory/Domain
Mark inactive in Database
Remove 3CX extention
Remove from WhatsApp chats

IT PERSONNEL

Revoke WordPress account/password
Remove from Facebook account managers

Note: If you gave them access to the company admin accounts, change the passwords.

ADMIN

Revoke QB login access
Remove from CP bank account/safety deposit box

Note: Remember to update all changes to passwords that are stored in the database or in Passpack.

Devices

Reclaim company-owned devices (tablets, laptops, etc.)
Remove company programs from personal devices (SDCP, RDP, VPN, etc.)
